Arrive at the top before the holiday even begins: Belmonte sits quietly on the hillside above Sölden — with the Giggijoch gondola, the village centre and the Ötztal's ski slopes just one kilometre away.
01 — The House
Belmonte stands where Sölden ends and the mountain begins: on Bichlweg, above the rooftops of the village. Below, the valley with the Ötztaler Ache river; across from you, the three-thousand-metre peaks — and in between, nothing but alpine meadow.
Five units are spread across three floors, from the ground-floor apartment with its terrace to the Skylodge under the roof. You park right at the house and check in contactlessly if you like — the keys are waiting, even if you arrive at midnight.
02 — The Apartments
Two double bedrooms, each with its own shower, plus a separate WC and an eat-in kitchen — ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment. At ground level, with a terrace facing the mountain meadow: the quietest apartment in the house.

04 — Summer & Winter
The moment the snow melts, the Ötztal becomes Tyrol's biggest playground: paths for every level, trails for every bike, via ferratas, turquoise lakes and warm spas. From Sölden, it's all within reach.
From November into spring the valley becomes a winter realm: 144 km of pistes and two glaciers at the door, plus cross-country trails, toboggan runs and quiet paths through the snow. The valley station is one kilometre away.

A web of trails runs around Sölden — from the gentle valley loop to the high-alpine summit tour. Panorama paths, staffed alpine huts and three-thousanders that seem close enough to touch: the Ötztal mountain summer begins right outside Belmonte.
With the Bike Republic, Sölden has become a trail mecca: flowing lines, shaped trails and punchy enduro runs for every level, plus bike lifts that take care of the way up. Rental and guides are right in the village.
Whether a secured via ferrata beside the roaring Lehner waterfall or a climbing garden for your first moves on rock — the Ötztal is an El Dorado for climbers. Guided tours and courses for beginners and the experienced are available in the region.
On the mountain cart you race down gravel tracks into the valley on three wheels — fun for the whole family. And right at the top of the Gaislachkogl, 007 Elements draws you into the world of James Bond: a spectacular experience in concrete and glass at 3,050 metres.
Lake Piburg is one of the warmest bathing lakes in Tyrol — emerald water ringed by larch forest. If you prefer it warmer, the region has thermal baths and wellness oases. From refreshing to cosily warm, there's something for every mood.
Sölden is one of the largest ski areas in the Alps: 144 km of pistes, two glaciers and — with Gaislachkogl, Tiefenbach and Schwarzkogel — three three-thousanders reachable by lift. The Giggijoch valley station is just one kilometre from Belmonte.
Floodlit natural toboggan runs invite a fast descent into the evening too — often with a hut stop halfway. If you prefer things calmer, glide along kilometres of trails through snowy forests, classic or skating style.
On snowshoes the path leads where no one else goes: through snowy forests and across wide slopes, far from pistes and crowds. Guided tours reveal the finest routes — silence and deep snow included.
Kilometres of cleared winter hiking paths lead you gently through the snowy landscape — past deeply snow-covered forests and with a view of the white peaks. Ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy winter without skis.
Just fifteen minutes down the valley in Längenfeld lies the Aqua Dome: sulphurous thermal water in floating design domes, a sauna world and outdoor pools with a view of snowy mountains. The perfect reward after a day in the snow.
